Lowongan Kerja Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai Senior Field Staff di Yayasan Selaksa Sejahtera (YASERA). YASERA is a humanitarian social organization that focused in community empowerment to improve the health, self-sufficiency and wellbeing of the families in Indonesia. Yasera is currently located in Jayawijaya District, Papua and expanding to other areas of Indonesia in need.

For organizational and project development needs in Lombok, NTB, we invite candidates who have dedication, capabilities and with the same passion to empower the community to join our team as:

MAIN FUNCTION: 

To assist partner organizations in implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Flourishing Family Field program in accordance with the objectives and schedule set by the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and implementation of activities in the field in accordance with the time frame set by the program.
• Monitor the use and application of training modules in accordance with the established time frame.
• Independently, assist 2-3 farmer groups to implement the program.
• Visiting and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders in the field as part of Yasera’s partner organization.
• Coordinate with other field staffs, village facilitators, and local government and community leaders to support program activities in the field.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity report.
• Assist in research on the procedures of branch opening in Lombok
• Coordinate a complete stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, and SWOT analysis of the existing program and report it to the Director.

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum education, experience and skills required.

• Bachelor degree with related major.
• 3 years’ experience in community development.
• Have good organizational skill and able to work according to deadlines.
• Computer literate especially in Ms Office.
• Ability to adapt and work in cross cultural situation.
• Have good communication skills and networking ability.
• Proactive and able to work with limited supervision
• Able to work in teams with good interpersonal skills
• Able to organize and keep confidential information
• Willing to work in Lombok, NTB

Preferable, but not required:

• Have experience working in Lombok
• Ability to speak local language
• Ability to speak English both oral and written
• Have experience working in NGO or donor organizations
• Have driving license
